	Remove
1	Remove front passenger seat.		AR91.10-D-1020TSA
2	Mark installation position of holders (1) relative to screws (2).
3	Remove brackets (1).	To do this, remove screws (2).
4	Remove mounting clamps (3).	Open mounting clamps (3) carefully using a suitable tool. Otherwise damage may occur to the seat backrest cover (4). To do so, fold over seat backrest cover (4).
5	Remove bolts (5).
6	Cut into seat backrest cover (4) to expose the screws (6).	Feel the screws (6) through the seat backrest cover (4) and determine interfaces. Commercially available devices/tools Knife  Observe cutting dimension of max. 15 mm.
7	Remove screw/bolts (6).
8	Collapse front passenger seat.	To do this, operate lock (7).
9	Remove mounting clamps (8, 9).	Open mounting clamps (8, 9) carefully using a suitable tool. Otherwise damage may occur to the seat backrest cover (4).
10	Fold up front passenger seat.	To do this, operate lock (7) again.
11	Remove seat backrest cover (4) from seat backrest padding (14).
12	Disconnect electrical connector (10).	To do so, use a suitable tool to release lock.
13	Remove nuts (13).
14	Remove side airbag (11) with frame (12).
15	Remove frame (12) from side airbag (11).	When replacing side airbag (11).
	Install
16	Attach frame (12) to side airbag (11).	When replacing side airbag (11).
17	Install side airbag (11) with frame (12). Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts	To do so, install new nuts (13).	AH00.00-N-0001-01A
		Nut, folding front passenger seat side airbag to seat backrest frame	*BA91.60-D-1007-01TS
18	Remove seat backrest padding (14) from seat backrest frame and insert into seat backrest cover (4).
19	Fasten seat backrest cover (4) with new mounting clamps (8) onto seat backrest padding (14).	Ensure that the seat backrest cover (4) is correctly seated relative to the seat backrest padding (14). Commercially available devices/tools Tacker
20	Connect electrical connector (10).
21	Pull seat backrest padding (14) with seat backrest cover (4) over seat backrest frame.	Ensure that the seat backrest cover (4) and the seat backrest padding (14) are correctly seated.
22	Screw in bolts (5, 6).
23	Attach mounting clamps (3).	Use new mounting clamps (3). Commercially available devices/tools Tacker
24	Install holders (1).	Screw in bolts (2) to do this. Coat thread of screws (2) lightly with thread locking agent. Observe marking of installation positions of holders (1). M10	*BA00.10-N-1004-01A

25	Collapse front passenger seat.	To do this, operate lock (7).
26	Attach mounting clamps (9).	Use new mounting clamps (9). Commercially available devices/tools Tacker
27	Fold up front passenger seat.
28	Install front passenger seat.		AR91.10-D-1020TSA
