	Remove
1	Remove seat backrest padding (7) from respective front seat.
		Model 907 with code SH1 (Thorax/pelvis side-impact airbag, driver) Model 907 with code SH2 (Thorax/pelvis side-impact airbag, front passenger)	AR91.10-D-0003TS
		Model 907 except code SH1 (Thorax/pelvis side-impact airbag, driver) except code SH2 (Thorax/pelvis side-impact airbag, front passenger) Remove seat backrest padding (7) until holder (1) can be installed on respective side of seat backrest frame (2).	AR91.10-D-0003TSK
	Install
2	Cut into seat backrest cover on respective side for armrest (4).	Ensure that seat backrest cover is not cut too far. This is to avoid damage to the seat backrest cover. The stamp (3) on the seat backrest padding (7) can be clearly identified on the seat backrest cover from the outside. Mark seat backrest cover and make a square cutout with an edge length of approx. 15 mm (arrow A).
3	Cut out stamp (3) on seat backrest padding (7).
4	Align holder (1) on seat backrest frame (2).	Insert guide (5) of holder (1) into seat backrest frame (2) as shown.
5	Install bracket (1).	To do so, position holder (1), position and fasten rivets (6).
6	Install seat backrest padding (7).

7	Retrofit armrest (4).	To do this, insert guide (10) into holder (1) and screw in screw (8). Bolt, armrest to seat backrest frame on front seat	*BA91.10-N-1004-01TS
8	Install cover (9).
	Check
9	Carry out function test of armrest (4).	If a foldable armrest (4) is installed. To do so, check all armrest (4) locking stages. If armrest (4) is not correctly engaged: Replace armrest (4).
10	Enter special equipment into online vehicle data card.	Designation of affected special equipment: Code S22 (Armrest for driver's seat) or code S25 (Armrest for front passenger seat) Attach note "Armrest on front seat retrofitted as per AN91.27-D-0001TS " under field organization texts to DG 91.
