Remove/Install Alternator - AR15.40-P-5032MRH

	Remove/install
1	Disconnect ground line from battery.	Engine 264 in model 238 except code B01 (48V technology)	AR54.10-P-0003LWO
		Engine 264 in model 213 except code B01 (48V technology)	AR54.10-P-0003LW
		Engine 264 in model 257 except code B01 (48V technology)	AR54.10-P-0003FR
2	Remove poly-V-belt.		AR13.22-P-1202MRH
3	Remove charge-air distributor.		AR09.41-P-8683MRH
4	Remove cap (1).
5	Unscrew nut on terminal B+ (2). Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
		Nut, circuit B+ to alternator	*BA15.40-P-1002-01U
6	Remove electrical line circuit B+ (3) from alternator (G2).
7	Disconnect electrical connection (4).
8	Unscrew screws (5) and remove alternator (G2).	Bolt, alternator to timing case	*BA15.40-P-1001-01U
9	Install in the reverse order.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10	Perform an engine test run and check the engine for proper function.
