General

Parking systems make it easier to find and select a parking space, to enter and exit parking spaces or garages, and when maneuvering.

Function

The distance to an obstacle is determined on the basis of distance sensors and indicated to the driver visually and/or acoustically.

Camera systems capture the immediate vehicle surroundings and provide the driver with a real time image in the multimedia display. Dynamic guide lines indicate the route followed by the current steering movement.

The following parking system variants are also available:

The active parking function (automated parking space entry/exit) is available in different versions in the model series depending on the model year code.
