MB Advanced Control, control unit, slots
Mercedes-Benz Advanced Control (MBAC)
The MB Advanced Control, control unit (N175) has 9 slots on its long side and 3 slots on its short side.
Long side slots
The following slots are located on the long side of the MBAC:
- Bluetooth® plug connection
- 2 plug connections for high speed video link (HSVL)
- 1 USB port
- Ethernet connection
- 4 connections for vehicle plugs 1 to 4

The Ethernet plugs each have 4 pins. The assignment and coding of each individual pin are given in the following table:

The MBAC housing upper part has an opening for operation of the DIP switch for the CAN termination (switch is seated on the printed circuit board). Located at the left of the opening is the switch position information in a recessed field (t = 0.5 mm) on the MBAC housing upper part.
