| 1 | Switch off ignition, remove transmitter key and store it outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Remove nuts (1), loosen Velcro fastener (arrow) and detach cover panel (2) from right seat base. | When removing the cover panel (2), make sure that the cover panel (2) does not come into contact with the busbar (3). Otherwise a short circuit will occur which can damage the electrical system. |

| 6 | Remove nut (7) and detach electrical wiring harness (8) from on-board electrical system support battery relay (K120). | *BA54.18-Z-1003-02KOA | |
| 7 | Detach electrical connection (9). | ||
| 8 | Remove nuts (10) and remove on-board electrical system support battery relay (K120) from battery carrier. | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. |
