Post RP 1210D

To give application developers time to implement changes, TMC mentions here that RP 1210E (possibly to be issued in 2022) will require that:

• Applications will pre-screen adapters for protocol(s)/channel(s) before being displayed (see above).
• Applications will scan all CAN channels, not requiring users to use crossover cables (see above).
• The user will not have to select the protocol to use.
