RP1210_GETERRORMSG (): Notes

This function is called by the client application to get a textual representation of the last error code that occurred by that client in an application. In RP 1210B, the nClientID  parameter was removed. It was not supposed to be in this function, but in the GetLastErrorMsg  function.
