Single Wire, Fault Tolerant, PTCAN, And IESCAN Can Protocols

In 2016, Single Wire CAN (SAE J2411), Fault Tolerant CAN (ISO 11898-3), PTCAN (Euro 667k baud CAN), and IESCAN (Allison Transmissions 500k CAN) were added as protocol names "SWCAN", "FTCAN", "PTCAN", and "IESCAN". These CAN buses behave exactly the same in regards to automatic baud rate detection, filters and protocol-related parameters as regular high speed CAN. Note that PTCAN and IESCAN are fixed baud rates at 667k and 500k, but an application may still ask for Baud=Auto. This keeps down the possibility of a user connecting with the wrong protocol (fixed baud) on a bus that may not be PTCAN of IESCAN.
