Injection Pump Transfer Pressure

Remove banjo bolt from fuel return line. Install adapter (10326) in banjo fitting. See Figure . Connect adapter line to 0-160 psi pressure gauge. Run engine at 4000 RPM under no load.
Pressure reading should be 95-110 psi (6.7-7.7 kg/cm² ). If not, replace injection pump.
