Speed Control Switch Assembly

Turn ignition off. Access speed control switch electrical connector but do not disconnect connector. Measure voltage at Purple/Orange wire and Yellow/Blue wire terminals of speed control switch while pressing buttons as specified. See SPEED CONTROL SWITCH VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONS  table. Press only one button at a time. If voltages are as specified, return to appropriate Pinpoint Test and resume testing at last step completed. If voltages are not as specified, replace speed control switch.

Purple/Orange Wire Less Than One Volt
Yellow/Blue Wire Greater Than 10 Volts
RES/ACCEL Pressed
Purple/Orange Wire Greater Than 10 Volts
Yellow/Blue Wire Less Than One Volt
