Transmission Range Sensor

The Transmission Range (TR) sensor is used on vehicles with A/T. TR sensor monitors shift lever positions, and then inputs signal to the PCM and Transaxle Control Module (TCM). This signal affects starter engagement, air/fuel ratio, idle speed and ignition timing.
