Normal Operation

The speed control actuator sends a voltage reference signal through circuit CET21 (GN/WH). When the clutch is applied, the clutch pedal position (CPP) switch closes and routes the signal to ground through circuit RE407 (YE/VT). Ground is supplied by the PCM.
