Normal Operation

The variable assist power steering (VAPS) module is supplied fused battery voltage from the battery junction box (BJB) fuse 5 (10A), along circuit 418 (DG/YE), and from central junction box (CJB) fuse 8 (10A) along circuit 298 (VT/OG). A ground path is provided along circuit 676 (PK/OG). The VAPS module communicates with the other modules along the CAN network.
