61 13... Removing and installing/replacing distribution box/battery positive terminal (luggage compartment) armor plating (Security)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release screws (1), remove armor plating for distribution box (2).

Check insulation (1), inner side, of distribution box armor plating for damage. Danger of short circuits.

Release battery retaining bracket (1), remove armor plating for positive terminal (2) upwards.

Check insulation (1), inner side, of positive terminal armor plating for damage. Danger of short circuits.

If necessary, replace damping strip (1) for positive terminal armor plating.
