52 26... Removing and installing/replacing ski bag on rear seat (through-loading system)

Special tools required: 

Necessary preliminary tasks 

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 52 26 09AZ .

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 52 26 09AZ .

Release screw (2).

Tightening torque 52 26 08AZ .

Remove top tether eyelet.

Lever out rear ski bag frame (1) if necessary with special tool 00 9 317 .

IMPORTANT: Risk of damage in the marked area.
Plastic eyelets of front cover can break.
If necessary, replace faulty trim.

Installation note: 

Retaining lugs and plastic eyelets of the rear ski bag frame must not be damaged.

If necessary, replace the faulty ski bag frame.

Lever out pins.

Remove front cover (1) of ski bag in direction of arrow.
