13 62 610 Replacing crankshaft/transmission pulse sensor (N63, S63)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Read out fault memory of the DME control unit, work through test plans if necessary.
Switch off ignition.
Remove rear UNDERBODY PROTECTION .

Unlock connector (1) and remove.

Release screw (2).

Remove pulse generator (3).

Reassemble the vehicle.
