37 14 525 Removing and Installing/Replacing Control Unit For Air Supply Unit

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove ignition key
- Disconnect battery negative lead. See 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD
- Remove flap in luggage compartment panel on right. See 51 47 172 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FLAP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, LEFT OR RIGHT
Lift back insulating mat (1).
Disconnect plug connection (1).
Unlock catch (2) and remove control unit (3).
After installation:
- Replacement only: Carry out programming/coding. See CODING & PROGRAMMING
- Replacement only: Carry out ride-height-calibration. See 37 12 012 Carrying Out Ride-Height-Calibration
