52 17... Removing and installing/replacing left or right thigh support

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 18 other vehicles, including the 2015 BMW Alpina B7L xDrive, 2015 BMW Alpina B7 xDrive, 2015 BMW 750i xDrive, 2015 BMW 750Li xDrive, and 2015 BMW 740Li xDrive. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

NOTE: This removing/installing/replacing procedure applies to "Comfort" seat version.

Move thigh support (3) as far forward as possible.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 52 10 11AZ .

Disconnect plug connections (2).

Remove thigh support (3) towards top.

If necessary, unclip cover (1) towards top and remove.

Installation note:

Secure guide pins (2) in seat frame and clip cover (1) into place.
