66 31 006 Removing And Installing/Replacing Acc Sensor (Build Date Up To 03/2005)

After installation: 

NOTE: Engine hood is open.

Unclip electric cable (1) from cable guides.

Unfasten screws (2).

Lever out ACC sensor (3) in direction of arrow and disconnect plug connection underneath.

Remove ACC sensor (3).

Installation: 

Make sure both guide pins (1) of ACC sensor (2) are correctly seated.

Replacement only: 

Carry out rough adjustment of ACC sensor (1) at adjusting screws (2).
