Test module is completed without a part exchange

  1. Misfiring due to lack of fuel
  2. Secondary faults: Misfire could be rectified via elimination of another fault.
  3. No cause was found. The only measure implemented was that the fault memory was deleted, according to the instructions in the test module

    Non-electrical causes concerning the engine 

  4. Engine mechanically defective
  5. Exhaust system mechanically faulty
  6. Fuel system mechanically faulty
  7. Poor compression
  8. Extraneous air
  9. Variable intake system mechanically faulty

    Ignition coil 

  10. Ignition coil with visible damage
  11. Ignition coil with non-visible damage, the cause could be determined by swapping the spark plug
  12. Ignition coil replaced according to the instructions in the test module

    Spark plug 

  13. Spark plug with visible damage
  14. Spark plug with no visible damage, the cause could be determined by swapping or replacing the spark plug

    Fuel injector/injector 

  15. Fuel injector/injector with visible damage
  16. Fuel injector/injector has non-visible damage, the cause could be determined by swapping or replacing
