52 26 390 Removing And Installing/Replacing Rear Head Restraints (Through-Loading System)

Move head restraint up as far as possible.

Forcefully pull out head restraint or detach by hitting firmly on one side from below.

Pull out guide rods by twisting them back and forth.

CAUTION: Do not damage rear window.

Installation: 

Notches (1) on guide rods must point in direction of catch spring (2).
