66 54 005 Removing and installing/replacing control unit for Night Vision System: Notes

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Disconnect BATTERY CABLE
Remove FOLD-DOWN COMPARTMENT ON DRIVER'S SIDE

Release plug connections (1) and disconnect.

Release bolt (2) and remove control unit (3) in direction of arrow.

Installation note:

Guides (1) on control unit (2) must be seated correctly in the correct bracket.
