Cell Block: Notes

Attention  !

The electrical voltage of the high-voltage battery unit is significantly greater than 60 volt. Therefore, the following electrical safety rules need to be observed before starting to work on the high-voltage battery unit:

1. Disconnect from voltage supply
2. Secure against unintentional restart
3. Check that no voltage is applied

A cell block is a parts group comprising of multiple battery cells, heat conduction plates with insulating films and temperature sensors, and is monitored by the cell supervision circuit.

I12:  One cell block contains 16 battery cells. In total there are 6 cell blocks (96 cells).

I01:  One cell block contains 12 battery cells. In total there are 8 cell blocks (96 cells).
