Input Checking

Input checks are to be made when the speed control system cannot be set and when it is necessary to check whether input signals are normal.

  1. Connect a voltmeter between ground and diagnosis connector (Light Green wire). Turn ignition switch "ON" and start engine. Turn on "SET" switch with "RESUME" switch held "ON". The input check codes should now display.
CAUTION: The system cannot be set during input check display.
  2. Perform each input procedure as outlined in table. SeeFig 1 . Each code will be displayed in order of priority, beginning with No. 1. SeeFig 2 . If no display is present, a possible malfunction may be present in the power supply circuit or the "SET" and "RESUME" switch.
