Harness Inspection
- Measure injector power supply voltage. Disconnect injector harness connectors. Turn ignition on. Using DVOM, measure voltage at each injector harness connector terminal No. 2 (Green/White wire). If voltage measured is less than battery voltage, inspect and repair circuit(s) as needed.
- Check continuity of injector ground circuit. Disconnect ECM harness connector. Ensure ignition is off. Connect a jumper wire between each injector ECM terminal and ground. Disconnect injector harness connectors. Using ohmmeter, check continuity between each injector terminal and vehicle ground. See FUEL INJECTOR GROUND CIRCUIT ID
