Initialization Procedure

Required Special Tools:

MB991958: Scan Tool (MUT-III Sub Assembly)
- MB991824: V.C.I.
- MB991827: MUT-III USB Cable
- MB991910: MUT-III Main Harness A

CAUTION: To prevent damage to scan tool MB991958, always turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position before connecting or disconnecting scan tool MB991958.

Connect scan tool MB991958 to the data link connector.
Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position.
Select "MFI system".
Select "Special Function" form the menu screen.
Select "Learned value reset".

Select the Item on the screen of the initialization for learning, and perform the initialization.

⁽³⁾	The datum items on MUT-III display are shown, but do not use them.
