SERVICE INFORMATION

Satellite Radio Trial Expiration  - All with Sirius Satellite Radio  . If a customer complains about no satellite radio reception, especially that they cannot receive the preview/weather channel (184), and a message to contact Siruis is displayed on the screen, it's possible that the 6 month trial period, or their subscription has expired. After that time, ALL satellite stations are disabled including the preview/weather channel. The customer must then subscribe to receive any Siruis satellite radio channels. For Raider, the preactivation period is started by the assembly plant  and all channels may still be active when a dealer receives the vehicle. For other vehicles, the customer or dealership must contact Sirius to start the trial period.
