Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:

Ignition is on.
Engine is running.
Ignition voltage is more than 13.2 volts for 4 seconds.
Output voltage does not equal less than 1 volt when output is ON.
All conditions occur for at least 0.5 seconds.
