NOTE:
On 2.2L engines, a canister purge solenoid is not used. Canister is purged by ported vacuum when throttle plate is above idle position. On all other models, one of 2 types of solenoid is used: normally open or normally closed. See CANISTER PURGE SOLENOID IDENTIFICATION
