Diagnostic Aids

Check vehicle wiring harness for open or short in serial data circuit. Check for poor connections, damaged connectors or wiring harness. Observe ABS data on scan tool while moving harness and related connectors. If failure is induced, scan tool will stop updating. This may help isolate malfunction.
