All Memory, Seat & Mirror Functions Inoperative

NOTE: After repair or component replacement is completed, perform MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING to verify system is functioning properly.
  1. Perform MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. Go to next step.
  2. Disconnect memory seat/mirror module connector C1. Using DVOM, check voltage between memory seat/mirror module harness connector C1, terminal "A" (Orange wire) and ground. If 10-15 volts exists, go to next step. If 10-15 volts does not exist, go to step 5).
  3. Check voltage between memory seat/mirror control module harness connector C1, terminals "A" (Orange wire) and "B" (Black wire). If 10-15 volts exists, go to next step. If 10-15 volts does not exist, go to step 6).
  4. Replace memory seat/mirror module.
  5. Repair open or short to ground in Orange wire between memory seat/mirror module connector C1 and instrument panel fuse block.
  6. Repair open in Black wire between memory seat/mirror module connector C1 and ground.
