Compression Check: Testing and Inspection

Perform compression test with engine at normal operating temperature, spark plugs removed and throttle wide open. Standard compression pressure is 170-225 psi. The minimum compression pressure is 100 psi with a maximum variation between highest and lowest cylinders of 25 percent.
