VTSS Test 4A - IGN Circuit To BCM

NOTE: Perform VTSS TEST 1A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  and WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform TEST VER-1B - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

Access junction block connector "C". See Figure in CHIME TEST 2A. Do not disconnect connector. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, measure voltage on terminal No. 30 (Dark Green/Red wire). If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace Body Control Module (BCM). BCM is located with junction block under driver's side instrument panel. See Figure in CHIME TEST 2A. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Dark Green/Red wire.
