Computer Command Control - Port Fuel Injection

Crankshaft Sensor:

REMOVAL

NOTE: If only the camshaft sensor needs replacing, it is not necessary to remove the entire drive assembly from the engine. The sensor is replaceable seperatley.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.

2. Disconnect sensor 3-way connector.

3. Remove two screws holding sensor.

4. Remove sensor.


INSTALLATION

1. Position sensor as removed.

2. Install two screws holding sensor.

3. Connect 3-way connector.

4. Connect battery ground cable.

5. Follow CAMSHAFT SENSOR ADJUSTMENT under ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES before starting engine.
