Throttle Body Assembly: Removal

  1. Remove electrical connectors from IACV, TPS, and injector solenoid. Remove grommet and wiring from fuel meter assembly. Remove throttle linkage, return spring(s), transmission control cable, and cruise control cable (if applicable).
  2. Disconnect vacuum hoses, marking hoses for reassembly reference. Remove inlet and outlet fuel line nuts. Remove TBI mounting bolts and remove TBI assembly from intake manifold.
