Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Service and Repair

Engine Coolant Sensor Location (Intake Manifold Mounted):

IMPORTANT: Care must be taken when handling coolant sensor. Damage to coolant sensor will affect proper operation of the Fuel Injection system.

Removal
1. Turn ignition "OFF."
2. Disconnect electrical connector.
3. Carefully back out coolant sensor.

Installation
1. Install sensor in engine.
2. Reconnect electrical connector.
