Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the air cleaner.
2. Disconnect the Throttle Position (TP) sensor electrical connector.
3. Remove the two screws and the TP sensor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the TP sensor to the TBI unit with the two screws, but do not tighten fully.
2. Connect the TP sensor electrical connector.
3. Adjust the TP sensor.
