If DTC does not reset after code is cleared, problem may be intermittent. While performing tests, move wires and connectors. Following conditions may also cause an intermittent malfunction:

Intermittent open, short to voltage or short to ground in Black/White or Gray wire circuit between mirror and LDCM.
Left mirror horizontal position sensor is open or shorted internally.

If LDCM is unable to determine the correct horizontal position, manual power functions will still operate but LDCM will not be able to recall correct memory settings.
