Installation Procedure

  1. Install the radiator support.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the radiator support bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

    IMPORTANT: Seat the air cleaner retaining grommets fully. If necessary moisten the grommets with water prior to installation.
  5. Install the air cleaner intake duct.

  7. Install the engine wiring harness to the clip on the radiator support.
  8. Connect the mass air flow sensor electrical connector.
