Odometer Programming

It is only possible to program the odometer reading on an instrument cluster once the TIS approval (Enable Programming) has been obtained and on an instrument which is new.

  1. From the Program Menu select Odometer Reset and press the Enter key.
  2. Press the Abort soft key to abandon the process, or press the Modify soft key to continue.
  3. Use the Left and Right arrow keys to scroll across the number displayed on the Tech 2 screen and modify using the numeral keys.
  4. Press the Enter key to continue.
  5. IMPORTANT: This is the last chance to get the odometer value correct. Ensure that the value is correct before proceeding.
  6. Check that the odometer value displayed on the Tech 2 screen is correct. If the value is incorrect, press the Not Okay soft key to return to the previous screen and enter the correct value. If the value is correct, press the Okay soft key to continue programming.
  7. Press the Confirm soft key when notified that the programming has been completed successfully.
  8. Turn the ignition off and on again to accept the programming changes.
