Installation Procedure

  1. Install the traction control switch (1) to the lower housing.

  2. Install the lower housing (2) to the upper cover (3).
  3. Install the lower housing, upper cover, gearshift lever, knob and boot as an assembly to the shift lever.

  4. Install the selector lamp holder (3) to the lower housing (1).
  5. Connect the traction control switch connector (2).
  6. Engage the 3 locating tabs of lower housing assembly to the base.
  7. Install the center console. Refer to Console Replacement - Front Floor in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

  8. Install the shifter control knob retaining screw (1).
