Fastener Tightening Specifications:  Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .Preliminary Procedure: Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
1 Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Assembly
Tip:  Insert a small blunt-ended tool through the access openings, on the left and right of the steering wheel, push on the blunt-ended tool to release the steering wheel inflator from the steering wheel.
