Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
Remove the retaining screw, then the Shift Lock Control Module/Shift Lock Solenoid assembly.
