Electronic Brake Control Module Scan Tool Output Controls

Scan Tool Output Control Additional Menu Selection(s) Description
ABS Motor Test ABS Motor Used in order to command the ABS pump motor On or Off.
Automated Bleed Procedure - Used in order to bleed ABS hydraulics. Refer to Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed Procedure .
LF Inlet Valve Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
LF Outlet Valve Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
LR Inlet Valve Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
LR Outlet Valve Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
RF Inlet Valve Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
RF Outlet Valve Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
RR Inlet Valve Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
RR Outlet Valve Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
Front TCS Isolation Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
Front TCS Priming Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
Rear TCS Isolation Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool will turn the solenoid On or Off as commanded.
Rear TCS Priming Solenoid Solenoid Test The scan tool displays Active when the Rear TCS Priming Solenoid is commanded on.
Steering Position Sensor Steering Position Centering The scan tool displays the position of the steering angle sensor in degrees
ABS lamp test Lamp Test The scan tool commands the IPC to turn on the telltale lamp on the instrument cluster.
DRP lamp test Lamp Test The scan tool commands the IPC to turn on the telltale lamp on the instrument cluster.
TCS Indicator lamp test Lamp Test The scan tool commands the IPC to turn on the telltale lamp on the instrument cluster.
VSES lamp test Lamp Test The scan tool commands the IPC to turn on the telltale lamp on the instrument cluster.
