Passenger Presence System Scan Tool Data Parameters

Parameter	Operating Conditions	Expected Value	Definition

Battery Voltage	-	Volts	This is the voltage input supplied to the passenger presence system.
Power Mode	-	OFF	The scan tool displays Off, Accessory, Run or Crank Request. This is the state of the ignition switch.

PPS Fault Status	-	No Fault	The scan tool displays No Fault, Plant Mode, Fault, Mismatch or Barrier. This is the status of the PPS Fault monitor.
PPS Enable Status	-	Enabled	The scan tool displays Disabled or Enabled. This is the status of the PPS Enable.
PPS Enable Status	-	Disabled
Passenger Status	-	Valid	The scan tool displays No Info, Valid, Invalid Class, Invalid Pos, Invalid Data or Inval Class & Pos.
Passenger Classification	-	Empty	The scan tool displays Empty, Small, Large. This is the state of the passenger seat, as monitored by the passenger presence system.
SDM Enable Status	-	Enabled	The scan tool displays Enabled or Disabled. This is the state of the SDM.
Primary Key Status	-	Valid	The scan tool displays Unknown, Valid or Invalid. This is the state of the primary key.
Received Primary Key	-	0	The scan tool displays the primary key received
