Circuit/System Testing
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the Secondary Air Pump.
- Ignition ON, verify that a test lamp does not illuminate between the Air Pump ignition voltage circuit terminal A and ground.
- If the test lamp illuminates, test the ignition circuit for a short to voltage.
- If the circuit tests normal replace the Air Pump Relay.
