Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

1. Remove air flow sensor.
2. Drill hole in plug with 2 mm diameter drill bit until bit bottoms against steel insert.
3. Pull out plug with suitable easy out tool or equivalent.
^ A sheet metal screw and pliers may be used to pull out the plug.
4. Install air flow sensor, then adjust CO value.
5. Install new plug in mixture adjustment screw bore so that plug is flush with air flow sensor.
