Replacing DME Control Unit With Anti-Theft Protection

1. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  .

   Replacing DME control unit (shown as an example) 

2. Screw the new anti-theft protection holder -1-  to the new DME control unit using two shear bolts -2-  until the bolt head shears off.

   Do NOT  use the old anti-theft protection holder again as the procedure for removing the two shear bolts is too complicated.

3. Screw in fastening screws -1-  . > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
