Protect centre console against scratching by using a suitable cover.

Do not trap or damage wire harnesses when inserting the PCM display and operator control unit.
- Cover the switch console and selector lever or shift lever with clean, soft cloths.
- Unscrew screws -2-
and pull PCM display and operator control unit -1-
forward to remove it.

- Disconnect electric plug connections -3-
and remove PCM display and operator control unit -1-

- Remove PCM display and operator control unit.

- Work on the PCM display and operator control unit on a clean surface.
- Unscrew the four fastening screws -1-
on the display and operator control unit.
- Remove central computer from display and operator control unit by pulling it to the rear.
